Pursuant to section 25, first subsection of the Stock
Exchange Act ("Børsloven"), cf the Oslo Børs'
Continuing Obligations section 15.1, fourth
subsection, Oslo Børs has on 15 July 2010 made the
following resolution:

"The shares in Simrad Optronics ASA will be delisted
from listing on Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will
be 19 July 2010."
